My research focuses on Medical Imaging and Deep Learning, with particular interest in:

• Medical image analysis and segmentation
• Semi-supervised learning
• Representation learning

I am advised by Dr. Aggelos K. Katsaggelos, working on optimization aspects of neural architectures for healthcare applications.
